Method
- Mix mayonnaise, Dijon, and garlic powder into a spread. Season with salt and pepper.
- Lay two turkey slices flat, overlapping slightly to form a wide base.
- Spread mayo mixture over turkey. Layer ham, cheese, bacon, lettuce, and tomato.
- Roll tightly away from you, tucking as you go. Secure with a toothpick.
- Serve whole, slice diagonally, or cut into pinwheels.
- Whisk dipping sauce ingredients together and serve alongside.

Storage Instructions:
Fridge: Wrap individually in parchment and plastic wrap. Store for up to 2 days. Do not freeze — fresh vegetables and deli meat do not freeze well assembled.
