Ingredients
  

  • 8 slices thin deli turkey breast
  • 4 slices deli ham
  • 4 strips cooked bacon halved
  • 4 slices Swiss cheese
  • 4 large romaine lettuce leaves
  • 4 slices tomato patted dry
  • 2 tbsp mayonnaise
  • 1 tbsp Dijon mustard
  • ½ tsp garlic powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 4 toothpicks
Dipping Sauce:
  • 3 tbsp mayonnaise
  • 1 tbsp sugar-free ketchup
  • 1 tsp Dijon mustard
  • ½ tsp smoked paprika
  • ½ tsp apple cider vinegar
  • Pinch of salt

Method
 

  1. Mix mayonnaise, Dijon, and garlic powder into a spread. Season with salt and pepper.
  2. Lay two turkey slices flat, overlapping slightly to form a wide base.
  3. Spread mayo mixture over turkey. Layer ham, cheese, bacon, lettuce, and tomato.
  4. Roll tightly away from you, tucking as you go. Secure with a toothpick.
  5. Serve whole, slice diagonally, or cut into pinwheels.
  6. Whisk dipping sauce ingredients together and serve alongside.

Notes

Storage Instructions:
Fridge: Wrap individually in parchment and plastic wrap. Store for up to 2 days. Do not freeze — fresh vegetables and deli meat do not freeze well assembled.
